My 1:1 nutrition coaching is a 3-month program that is high support and completely customized to fit you and your lifestyle. Together, we will develop realistic goals and create a 3-month action plan that will allow you to achieve your nutrition goals and maintain them. All sessions are in person and include:
This is your opportunity to reset. As a small group of no more than 8 women, we will meet weekly for 1-Hour. My curriculum is designed to take you from confused and restricted to confident and free. You’ll get a re-education in nutrition so you can erase all the noise in your head around what you think you “should” or “shouldn’t” be eating. All group sessions are in person and include:
